Travel Documents
The passenger is required to inform themselves in advance about the
regulations of the country they are travelling to and/or through on their
way to the final destination, and to ensure they possess valid travel and
other required documents (passport, visa, various permits, etc.).
Incomplete documents or non-compliance with entry or exit regulations of a
country may result in unpleasant consequences for the passenger (denial of
boarding, prohibition of exit from the country).

Inadequate travel documents are a justified reason for refusing passenger
boarding, and in such cases passengers are not entitled to compensation
or any other rights provided for by European Parliament regulations.
