Ryanair, Europe’s No.1 airline, today (01 July) celebrated the opening of its new Zadar base. With two based aircraft, 78 weekly flights across 37 routes – including 17 new – the opening of this new base will connect Zadar to a host of international destinations across Europe from today. As peak summer season approaches, this will boost air traffic and the tourism industry in the region while vaccination programmes continue across Europe.

Croatian consumers can now book a much-deserved city break from Zadar to popular European hotspots such as Rome, Paris, Milan, Dublin, Edinburgh, Budapest and more on even lower fares and with the option to avail of Ryanair’s zero change fee should plans change.

Especially since it will connect Croatia as much as 37 European destinations. In the last 14 years Ryanair is Zadar airports the most important partner. Coming back with the base and 37 routes, of which is even 17 new routes in the season and challenging times in which we must fight for every passenger is not just good news, but it is a confirmation of our excellent cooperation with Ryanair. We hope that it will be on such level in the future.”
